The Washington Council’s College Planning Day provides a one-stop opportunity for high school juniors and undecided seniors to learn about Washington State’s higher education options.

This year, the event will take place online using the StriveScan Virtual Zoom platform. Participating Washington Colleges will be grouped into teams of 3 to each give a 10-minute presentation during each of three 30-minute sessions. Students and high school counselors will be able to select which group they would like to hear from in each of the three sessions. Individual Zoom links will be provided upon registration.

Sample College Planning Day Schedule

Washington colleges and universities, which are current on their 2020-21 membership dues, are invited to register online by March 22. Invitations to participate with more information are also sent via email to the primary contact for member institutions.

Registration is now open for high school students and counselors. Check out the schedule, list of colleges and register here: strivescan.com/washcouncil. The link will be provided here at that time.
