The 2024 Transfer Advisors Workshop will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2024 via Zoom. The Transfer Advisor Workshop is designed to provide community college advisors with valuable and current transfer admissions and program information from Washington four-year public and private baccalaureate institutions as well as updates from state agencies and sector organizations. These agencies and organizations include the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), State Board of Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC), Council of Presidents (COP), Independent Colleges of Washington (ICW), and the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC).
The event will be recorded and paid participants will get access the recording after the event. Cost is $10.

- 8:30- 10:40 am – Welcome & Public Four-Year Updates, including Council of Presidents
- 10:55 am – 12:30 pm – Private Four-Year Updates, including Independent Colleges of Washington
- 12:30 – 1:15 pm – Lunch break with optional ‘hot topic’ breakout rooms
- 1:15 – 2:00 pm: WSAC and SBCTC agency updates with JTC and ICRC
- 2:15 – 3:00 pm: Breakout Sessions (2 concurrent)
